The tool studied to support the timelapse composing is able to perform the following actions:
1) It proposes a friendly interface to manage photos to compose a timelapse video;
2) All images are automatically normalized, so it is possible to use images with different size;
3) It is possible to apply some effects to the photos, such as "fader in" and "fader out" when two or more sequences of images are overlapped;
4) It is possible to compile the project to obtain only the modified images those could be used to compose the timelapse video with other tools;
5) It is possible to save the project so that it can be used to compose different videos in different times;
6) It is possible to add watermarks as fixed logo or as animated logo;
7) It supports PNG transparency;
8) Every frame can be configured in opacity;
9) It is possible to configure the fps for the output video;
10)It is possible to define the layers layout customizing size, position and movement;
Drag&Drop feature is allowed only after a donation.
After a donation of 10 euros the 5 layers limitation will be removed.
With a donation of 20 euros TimeLapse++ watermark will be disabled.

With this tool you are able to calculate the atmosphere thickness between your eyes or telescope and the space just in the direction where you are seeing or where your telescope is pointed. You are able also to see it on Google Earth.

VLIM works with Windows Vista and Seven only! VLIM is able to manage very large TIFF/RAW image in a very fast and friendly way. The first time that you want to see a very large image you need to import it into the catalogue and it takes about two minutes, but the next time you want to reopen the image it takes about three/four seconds. You can add notes and attach files in every place of the image for example to highlight details, attached files can be opened from VLIM. You can also extract portions of the image to file, to clipboard, send it via e-mail (with related notes and attached files), post it to Facebook wall or set your desktop wallpaper with the image shown by VLIM. RAW files coming from devices of the following brands are supported: Adobe, AgfaPhoto, Apple, ARRIRAW, AVT, Canon, Casio, Contax, Creative, Epson, Foculus, Fuji, Hasselblad, Imacon Ixpress, ISG, Kodak, Leaf, Leica, Logitech, Mamiva, Micron, Minolta, Motorola, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Phase One, Pixelink, Pixelroid, Redcode, Rollei, RoverShot, Samsung, Sigma, Sinar, SMAL, Sony and STV.
